Registration Information

The call for attention may be directed to Mr. rabindra K.C, Mr. Shom Sahadur Shrestha, President-AFID, Dr. Dinesh Chandra Devkota, Chairperson, Organization Committee and Prof. Dr. Basu Dev Kafle, chair, scientific and Technical Committee.

Foreign delegates are required to pay their registration fee in favor of NAID-NEPAL AFID 2019, A/c No. 01901030035574, Nepal Investment Bank Ltd, Battisputali Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal by Nepalese participants may need to deposit their respective fee in Nepalese Currency.

Letter of Invitation

Invitation letters will be issued only to the registered delegates to facilitate visa and travel permit.

Badges

The participants will be provided with their name badges with photo at the time of registration. They are requested to wear their badges at all the times for admission to the conference opening ceremony, sessions, social and cultural events, and study tours. As the badges are not transferable, please send 3 copies of the color photographs in advance or on line with name, country and the category of participation for making the badges.

Documentation

All registered delegates will be provided with a conference bag at the time of registration which contains necessary information, badges, brochures, booklets, etc.
